A versatile range of fly lines featuring an easy loading front taper that’s very forgiving for anglers of all abilities. Available in three densities that cover a wide variety of techniques and all at a price that won’t break the bank.
Floating: Perfect taper for the stillwater angler looking to cover nymph, dry and lure fishing methods from boat or bank.
Intermediate: This translucent grey fast intermediate is perfect for reservoirs and small still waters. A sink rate of 1.5 inches per second makes this a very versatile line that is comfortable nymphing or pulling lures.
Sink 3: Sinking at 3 inches per second this medium sinker completes the cast range and is a great line for getting your flies down to where the fish are. With easy loading 40ft head the sink 3 is a great pulling and searching line.

The Ultra Supple Tailwater combines one of our favorite presentation taper designs with a coating formulated specifically for low temperature stability, allowing you to have a pleasant tangle free day when others are tucked up by the fire place.
For experienced fly anglers who want to cast further, with ultra fast tip action rods, who have the casting ability to maintain a stable loop, Airflo created the Forty plus expert so these guys can cast even greater distances.
The latest addition to the range is the Forty plus expert ‘Booby line’. Originally designed for long range bank fishing on concrete bowl type reservoirs in the UK; this line gets the distance and drops the flies quickly to depths of 30’ or more. Head is 55’ long and is designed to be cut to suit your individual rod, it has a Di8 sink rate and would need to be cut to 40’ or so to work on a 7/8# rod. An ultra thin running line is ridged to reduce tangles and it’s hi-vis orange colour is great for spotting takes. Total line length is 55yds.
