Ultima Powerflex Tapered Shockleader

Ultima Powerflex Tapered Shockleader

Powerflex Tapered Shockleaders take Ultima’s proven Powerflex leader material and taper it for longer, smoother casting. The thin end joins your main line with a small, neat knot that passes cleanly through the rod rings, while the heavy end takes the full force of the cast.

Each spool holds five 15m leaders, each with an 8m parallel section and a 7m taper. A fluorocarbon coating adds casting distance and abrasion resistance and helps reduce visibility in the water.
